Obituary

This is a dedicated memorial to Chelsea Lynn Johnson (Andrews), affectionately known as "Cha-cha," age 33, passed away on July 22, 2026, in Coldspring, Texas. Born on July 8, 1993, in Houston, Texas, she was the beloved daughter of the late Douglas Johnson, Senior and the late Regina Boles Johnson. Chelsea was so much more than words can express; she was everything a person could ever ask to meet in life. Full of vibrant life, she was the strongest woman I knew. She wore her heart on her sleeve, and when she loved, she loved hard. She was entirely selfless—the kind of person who would truly give you the shirt off her back and always find a way to make you laugh. Even when she was privately falling apart or facing her own heavy burdens, she never hesitated to push her own needs aside to love and cater to others first. She was all about family and children and she would do anything in her power to help anyone in sticky situations. Her beautiful, resilient spirit and her family were her world. She is survived by her loving daughters, Regina Mae Andrews and Lyndsey Marie Andrews. Her momma heart and home were also completely shared with Thomas Jones Jr., Kaiden Jones, and Shyley Jones whom she loved fiercely as her very own children. Her Momma Annette of 19 yrs who loved Chelsea Lynn as her very own. Her memory will live on forever in their hearts. Chelsea is also survived by her brothers, Michael Johnson and wife Mae Johnson, Douglas Johnson Jr., and James Johnson; sister, Joangela Johnson; her aunts, Shirley Segovia, Uncles Joe Segovia & Wife Debbie, Donnie Johnson and wife Crystal and Aunt Charity Meyer (formerly Boles); her cousins, Holli Pederson, Larry Pederson (formerly Boles III), David Pederson (formerly Boles), and Nicole Pederson (formerly Boles); Karma Boles; and her second cousins, Octavia Wade and Jaison Pederson. As well as several other family members and tons of friends. Chelsea was welcomed into heaven by her parents, Douglas Sr. & Regina Johnson; her grandparents Nancy and and Great Grandma and Gandpa Boles; her Grandma and Grandpa Johnson; her Great Grandma and Grandpa Segovia; her uncle, Larry James Boles, Junior; her aunt Teresa Segovia and Junior Segovia, and others. She will be missed but never forgotten. She is Flyin' High' watching us from above wrapping her wings around us all. A visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until a celebration of life begins at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas, with Pastor Trey Buxton officiating. Flowers may be sent directly to the funeral home, or memorial trees can be planted in Chelsea's honor through the online Sympathy Store on Legacy also taking donations on Go Fund Me. Feel free to contact me if you have questions and I can direct you in the right direction to the family members handling the arrangements and services.

You may also contact me or use the mailing address I provided for any donations or gifts that I will be sure to redirect to the correct family, friend, and or children.

Made By: Aunt Charity out of love for the person Chelsea was and in fairness to all of the children she leaves behind, as she was very close to the children she birthed, raised, protected.
