Jeffrey was born on January 6, 1984, in California to Dat and Jenny Bui. He was a devoted son, a caring brother, and a generous friend. Jeff lived his life with joy and purpose, embracing simple pleasures— whether playing sports, traveling, exploring the outdoors, cooking, or cherishing time with loved ones. A passionate athlete, Jeffrey was nationally ranked in tennis and an avid pickleball player. His dedication to sports reflected the energy and commitment he brought to all areas of his life.
