Robert Moss

Robert A. Moss of Fort Myers, Florida passed away Sunday, February 11th, 2024, at Gulf Coast Hospital. Robert was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey on November 26th, 1970, to Carmen Moss and Arthur Moss. The family later moved to Florida where Rob then grew up. Rob was an avid outdoorsman and jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and tinkering with anything that needed to be fixed. Rob always kept busy and always had a grand idea up his sleeve. He was a prankster, full of puns, sarcasm and loved making others laugh. Rob was an outstanding carpenter and later became the Maintenance Superintendent at his current employment. He was a hard-worker and a firm foundation always providing for his family.

In 2001 Robert met the love of his life and wife Melissa; they married February 26th, 2006, and would be celebrating their 18th wedding anniversary this month. With Melissa he took under his wing three children, Samantha, Matthew and Amanda. He enjoyed traveling, trying new things, meeting new people and spending time with his family. Robert is proceeded in death by his father, Arthur Moss, Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Moss; children, Samantha (Joe) Yaron, Matthew (Bryanna) Natitus, Amanda (Justin) Million; 10 grandchildren; his mother Carmen Moss; Siblings, Carol Siewell, Rosie (Kevin) Shoemaker, Arthur (Kimberly) Moss, Emily (Brent) Culp, Pam (Leroy) Whitebread, Nancy (Bill) Gardiner, Blanca (Pete) Pope, and many nieces and nephews. Robert will be greatly missed as a loving Husband, Son, Father, Grandfather, Uncle, Brother, and Friend. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
